Description

Tio Mateo is a unique Fino Sherry, 100% made with Palomino grapes from our vineyards. Aged under the natural veil of yeast known as Flor, during 4 and a half years in the solera & criadera system. Pale yellow in the glass it has a pungent, concentrated nose of yeast, almond and green apple. Very dry and crisp with a mineral finish. Serve well chilled with tapas, seafood & fish recipes.
