Colour: Ruby Brown. Clarity: Clear. Perceived Malt Aroma & Flavor: Nutty, Toasty, Biscuit, Roasted. Perceived Hop Aroma & Flavor: Spicy. Body: Medium Bodied. This classic malty beer tends to be rather full and sweet. A combination of five different malts achieves the caramel and toffee base. The hop accent is sweet, spicy, and slightly gingery from the East Kent Goldings.
