Palate: Very smooth with a velvety texture. Great balance between the intense complexity of the Oloroso and the mellow richness of the PX with a candied fruit aftertaste Alcohol content: 17.5% Vol. Enjoying: Enjoy slightly chilled with desserts, pastries and blue cheeses. Delicious poured “on the rocks” with a slice of orange.
