Colour: Ruby Brown. Perceived Malt Aroma & Flavor: Caramel. A sweet-fruity ale with a pleasant fresh aftertaste. A mix fermentation beer brewed with roasted malts and hops with a low bitterness. After the main fermentation and the lagering it matures further for many months in oak casks.
