Description

The base of the beer is a Flanders red brown Flanders ale with mixed fermentation. It is matured in oak casks where it undergoes a second wild fermentation. Once the beer is ready Belgian sour cherries are added and macerate for 6 months. Just before filling a natural cocoa distillate is added to the beer.
