Appearance: Clear brown. Nose: Caramlised orange, ginger, honey. Taste Profile: Chocolate, almonds. Finish: Mango, lemon cake. This elegant 12 year old single malt is finished in three different styles of aged oloroso sherry casks, balancing nutty flavours with sweet Pedro Ximenez influence. The American white oak ex-bourbon cask gives first base of soft vanilla and honey notes. Each casks provides its own individual characteristics and flavours.
