Description

Appearance: Golden yellow color, medium haziness, small white head. Aroma: At first there is a predominant citrus nose. Mostly of lime, grapefruit and orange. There is also an underlying blend of tropical fruit and spicy notes. Finally, you can detect small hints of honey from the honey malt. Taste: Soft mouthfeel with a medium bitterness. Slightly sweet with a balanced bitter finish that complements the style very well. Overall: Out of the 4 main ingredients in beer (Water, yeast, hops and malt), the hops are showcased in this beer. We add a lot of the hops at the end of the brewing process to give the beer nice fruity notes without giving it a ton of bitterness. The slight sweetness and small bitter finish make it a very drinkable beer.
