Appearance: Bold, deep cherry red colour. Nose: Ripe, complex aromas of wild berries and dark cherry fruit, opening out into spicy notes of oak with hints of cinnamon and vanilla. Taste Profile: On the palate it starts smooth, elegant and warm with bramble fruit flavours, rounded tannins. Finish: Balanced acidity and hints of toffee on the long, satisfying finish. Cellar for up to 3 years and this wine will continue to mature.
