Level Sweetness: Dry. Acidity: Medium. Carbonation: Still. Yip Chardonnay is made from Golden Russet, Bulmer’s Norman, and Liberty apples, aged in Oak Chardonnay barrels. Its notes of crisp apple and vanilla are cloaked in oak tannin. The nose is sweet and the finish is rich and creamy.
