Appearance: Light amber. Nose: Honeyed malt, nuts and dark chocolate followed by marzipan, allspice and fruits. Taste Profile: Clean and mellow honey malt, followed by rich dried fruit, spices, nuts and sweet oils. Finish: A pleasant gentle wood with honey sweetness fading slowly. From first Irish female master distiller, Alex Thomas, comes this remarkable, triple distilled single malt. Aged 4 years in first fill oloroso sherry casks, the aroma is an incredibly robust, nutty, like baked apple pie with spicy flavors, ripe fruits, and a rich finish. Enjoy it neat or over ice.
