Oyster Bay Sparkling Cuvee Brut is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes giving the wine elegance, finesse and minerality. The fruit is harvested early and natural yeasts are used to accentuate the Chardonnay fruit flavours. The lively bubbles in the wine are a result of natural secondary fermentation in bottle.
