Newfound Gravels 750ml

Appearance: Garnet. Nose: Red fruit. Taste Profile: Complex. Finish: Long. ‘Gravels’ is our California appellated bottling, sourced from sites planted on a well-drained base of gravelly soil.  It’s a wine built to over-deliver while also providing an important snapshot for Newfound’s overall production from each given vintage. In 2021, the Cemetery Vineyard in Mendocino Country provided the largest component of the final wine (66%) and was blended together with a smaller portion of Grenache from the Placida Vineyard (20%), Mt. Veeder Counoise (10%) and Shake Ridge Vineyard Syrah (4%). Gravels is a wine built to enjoy in its youth, however it has the strong potential to cellar for 10-12 years.
