Appearance: Amber. Nose: Light fragrance, banana and vanilla. Taste Profile: Banana, lemon and melon with a hint of cinnamon. Finish: Long and sweet, gala melon, light spice. Matured only in sherry seasoned oak casks and bottled at natural colour with a character of vanilla, melon, and cinnamon.
