100% Chardonnay planted in the village of Courcelles in the south of Beaujolais, this wine is made in method classique with 12 months in bottle before release. Its fine ‘Bulles’ carry flavours of refreshing lemon and fresh baked pastry. A pale straw gold in colour worthy of its more northerly neighbour.
