Description

The recipe was developed in the 16th century and has since been handed down from generation to generation. The Genièvre is produced from three grains (barley, corn and rye) which have been distilled 4 times on a pot still. The distinctive flavour is created from an infusion of Juniper berries (and perhaps other botanicals).
