Clarity: Hazy. Perceived Hop Aroma & Flavor: Fruity. Body: Medium Bodied. White beer brewed with, among other things, Pilsner malt from the Fils du Roy distillery in New Brunswick, to which we add haskaps from northwestern New Brunswick and raspberries during fermentation.
