**Delivery**

We strive to deliver your order promptly, but delivery times may vary depending on location and demand. By using our delivery services, you agree to:

– Be present at the delivery address during the specified delivery window.

– Provide valid identification to confirm legal drinking age.

– Ensure that the delivery address is within our designated delivery zones.

If you fail to meet these requirements, Bee12 reserves the right to cancel the delivery without refund.

**Refunds and Returns**

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of alcohol unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund, subject to our discretion.

**Prohibited Conduct**

When using Bee12’s Services, you agree not to:

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our Services is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

**Indemnification**

**Governing Law**

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Brunswick, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from your use of our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Brunswick, Canada.
