Description

Appearance: Amber. Nose: Caramel, oak. Taste Profile: Caramel, oak, toasted nuts. Finish: Long. French malt whisky matured in rare old cognac casks with a light kiss of peat. Silk with mild hints of peat, Harmonie begins with a blend of two non-peated French malt distillates that are matured primarily in extra-old cognac casks and well as in new French Limousin oak and American oak casks. Finally, this whisky is blended with a lightly-peated French malt distillate and returned to the same extra-old cognac casks until reaching full maturation and complexity.
