Appearance: Bronze. This Ledaig limited edition is a demonstration of our Hebridean artistry. Fully matured in Bordeaux red wine casks, with layers of heather and pine cones, intertwining with woody sea salt leading to floral notes and lime pastilles. Nose: Smoked fudge, eucalyptus oil and carbolic soap. Palate: Burning heather and pine cones. Grape skins and melons, wood smoked meats.Finish: As the smoke drifts, some floral notes develop and finally Lime pastilles.
